MindBridge is a product by UNGame Productor. For any privacy request, contact us through ungameproductor.com.

When you join the Kickstarter launch list we store the email address you provide, your first name if you choose to share it, the fact and time of your consent, the page address you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in that address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content).

The MindBridge application itself runs locally on your computer. Your conversations and files are not sent to us.

We use your email address only to send you the Kickstarter launch link, early-bird availability information and occasional product updates. The legal basis is your explicit consent, which is never pre-selected and which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Launch-list entries are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by UNGame Productor, kept separate from beta tester applications. We do not sell or rent your data, and we share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the list.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our pre-launch campaigns. It is not loaded until you accept marketing cookies in the consent banner. If you decline, no Meta tracking script is loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing again.

We keep launch-list entries until the Kickstarter campaign ends and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove your data.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or request a copy of it. Contact us and we will respond within the legally required time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
